Shipping Policy

Items are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment. Packeges are shipped via Correos Spain with drop-off without signature, however If you prefer delivery by  UPS or Fedex, additional costs will be applied, so please contact us before ordering. Whichever shipment you choose, normally a link to track your package online can be provided.

Handling and packeging fees are included in the shipping fees. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We cannot group orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them, therefore we advise you to group your items in one single order whenever possible. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but of course special care is taken to protect fragile items.

The average delivery timeframe for shipments is 7 to 14 days once it leaves our facility. Once an order is shipped, 81 Support is not liable for the shipment!  If a delivery is not made within 2-3 weeks, please contact your local post office. Customs policies vary from country to country. Return & Exchange Policy

Unused Goods that do not meet the Buyer's requirement on delivery may be returned at the buyers expense to the Seller for a credit  within 14 days of delivery.

Prior authorisation for return must be obtained before returning goods or they will be refused.
